List of Countries of the World
There's been a page of countries at this site for a while now, and it started as the list of countries that happened to be Tax Havens. But then when Barclays Offshore set up an affiliate program it became necessary to flag up the countries where their offshore bank accounts were allowed and where they weren't.
Even at that time, some countries already had a page at this site, so they've got a link from this page.
Lists such as this are likely to be expanded, not only by having additional nations added, but also by having extra commentary added!

can see that only a very few countries 
are
excluded from Barclays Isle of Man, and the
rest are allowed. So, if you're an expat, having a bank account
offshore could be worthwhile, and it's allowed if you live in all
of the aforementioned countries apart from the ones that are
flagged-up.
This list of countries was obtained by acquiring several separate lists of countries of the world and then creating a composite list which had most of the advantages of the other lists. The result is not perfect, but it is being improved.
